What geographic areas do you serve?
We primarily serve the communities and rural areas of East Jefferson County and Clallam County. We sometimes go farther afield to meet customers’ particular needs.

How much advance notice do you need?
That depends on the size of the move or job and our existing workload. Moving usually need about two weeks notice and smaller jobs (such as delivering furniture or removing appliances) can often be done with just a day or two notice. It is usually difficult for us to respond to same-day requests.

Do you visit the job site in order to give estimates or bids?
Generally, we don’t. We charge by the hour and the number of workers needed, based on the size of the move or job as described.

What are your hourly rates?
Depends on the type of move or job, its complexity and the distance(s) involved.

Do you accept credit or debit cards?
Unfortunately we don’t, but we do take cash or a check at the time the service is rendered.

Do you give discounts?
Usually we don’t. But under very special circumstances we may.

Do you bill or send statements?
Payment is due when service is rendered unless other arrangements are made in advance.

Do you do foreclosure and eviction clearouts?
Yes, we do both. We require that an authorized representative of the legal owner be on site to handle any tenant issues. The representative can be the property manager, mortgage company, owner’s attorney, sheriff, etc. We do not do clearouts without documented proof of cause.

Do you do housecleaning or repairs?
We specialize in “Moving, Hauling & Organizing, Home & Office Rearranging”. But we can refer you to other reliable local businesses we work with that handle everything from appraising antiques to minor repairs to landscaping and construction clean up.
